After selling out in 2023, our Pilates, Brunch and Mimosas event is back on the for Wellness wander 2024 program by popular demand.
Aleenta Health Club is heading to The Hills once again for a fabulous morning at LOT.100 beginning with a grounding and rewarding Pilates session overlooking the grapevines and gumtrees followed by a refreshing mimosa and delicious delights from the LOT.100 kitchen.
Your 75 minute Pilates practice will be led by our magical and soothing teacher Bec Fletcher, known for her gentle and detailed cues, great flow and lots of knowledge about how to deepen your practice.
Her calm, soothing energy and warm encouraging words will have you feeling extra good during and after class. With a strong focus on technique and form, Bec will support you to improve your practice and get more out of each exercise.
Leaving you with a greater knowledge of yourself and your pilates practice.

Collab for a Cause is a fundraising event hosted in the beautiful Adelaide Hills at LOT.100 to raise money and awareness for the Women’s and Children’s Hospital Foundation.

We gather some incredible chefs to cook on the night alongside our own talented Chef and General Manager Shannon Fleming whose family has very personal connections to the NeoNatal Unit at the Women’s and Children’s. Funds raised will support initiatives that positively impact on the lives of families with a child in the Neonate or Paediatric Intensive Care units
