Spitz & Spritz at Lot.100 is a relaxed, fire-fuelled food festival set in the heart of the Adelaide Hills and proudly part of Tasting Australia.
This one-day event brings together live-fire cooking, local produce and exceptional hospitality led by Head Chef Jack Winfield. Expect four fire-based food stations showcasing South Australian meats and flavours, including live spit-roasted favourites of beef, lamb, chicken and porchetta, all cooked over flame and served hot.

To round out the experience, Lot.100 is teaming up with South Australian CIRCOLO to serve up a curated spritz menu, featuring lemon, berry, tropical and a seasonal special release created just for the event. CIRCOLO uses local wines and fruits in their delicious spritz creations. Drinks are available to purchase, so you can sip at your own pace while soaking up the atmosphere.
